GETVIAMSG / QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Let's talk
about getting started.

QUESTIONS FROM PUBLISHERS
Who sells access to the content?

WDFT sells access in its own name, at the price you set. We handle payments, issue invoices to users and deal with complaints.

How do I receive the money from sales?

Every month you receive a report of paid transactions. We deduct the agreed WDFT share from their total net value. You invoice us for the remaining amount, and we pay it on the agreed terms.

What if a user does not pay?

We settle only the transactions that users have paid. Users who have not paid their settlement cannot start a new session.

How do we start working together?

You choose the content for the pilot. We agree on prices, the WDFT share and payout dates, and then help you set up the WordPress plugin or the JavaScript code. The agreement is not exclusive, and you can end it with one month's notice.

  1. Revenue

Let users buy access to a single article, report, photo or video without taking out a subscription. GetViaMsg handles the sale, and you receive what you are owed for the transactions users have paid.

    Example: September report, illustrative figures

    ItemAmount
Articles and reports, paid content, netPLN 1,200.00
Video and audio, paid content, netPLN 800.00
    Total netPLN 2,000.00
    WDFT share−PLN 200.00
Amount due to the publisherPLN 1,800.00

You invoice us for the amount in the report.

  2. User purchase

A user who wants one piece of content can buy access to it without a subscription. They confirm the purchase by SMS, get access right away and later pay for everything from the session in one payment.

    Example

The user chooses a piece and confirms the purchase by SMS. The content opens on the same page, with no login and no card details. When the session closes, the user pays for all purchases in one payment. The publisher's payout covers only the purchases users have paid.

  3. Partnership

You set the prices. WDFT sells access in its own name, handles payments and complaints and issues invoices to users. The rights to the content stay with you.

    Example

    WhoWhat they do
PublisherProvides the content, sets the price and invoices based on the report.
UserConfirms access by SMS and pays for the session later.
WDFTRuns sales, payments, complaints and settlements. Issues invoices to users and sends the publisher a report every month.
  4. Integration

Add the plugin to WordPress or place a short JavaScript snippet on your site. Once one of them is on your site, choose which content is for sale. If we have access to your CMS and have agreed on the configuration, we can start testing the same day. We agree on API integration separately.

  5. Pilot

We agree on prices, the WDFT share and payout dates, and then test the service together on the pieces you pick.

    A pilot in three stages

First you pick the pieces for the pilot. Then we set prices, the WDFT share and payout dates. Finally we add the WordPress plugin or the JavaScript code and test a purchase and check that the content unlocks.

We agree on the pilot dates together.
